  • what if the product arrives damaged.
    if you happen to receive a damaged product, please send us an email at "gharbysr@gmail.com" along with pictures of the damage within 24 hours of delivery. upon receiving your email, we will promptly respond with confirmation and provide further instructions to arrange for a replacement to be dispatched. we will work closely with you to ensure that we address the issue to the best of our abilities. please keep in mind that any complaints received after 24 hours will not be addressed. it is important to note that all products from Ghar by SR are accompanied by a signature, and we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  • international shipping available?
    at the moment, shipping is exclusively offered within Canada, and the cost for shipping is $20. if you are located in Scarborough, Toronto, Canada, you have the option of receiving delivery for an additional $10, which will be automatically added to your cart.
  • how to take care of our ceramics?
    all ceramics from Ghar by SR are food safe, microwave and dishwasher safe. however, for optimal preservation of color and shine, it is recommended to handwash the product.
  • how long does it take to ship the product?
    we typically ship our orders within 2-4 business days. if, for any reason, there is a delay in shipment, we will promptly inform the customer.
  • what is the time frame for restocking?
    as we use traditional pottery techniques to create each product, restocking may require a minimum of three weeks to a month. We acknowledge and appreciate your patience and assure you that our distinctive, handmade items are certainly worth the wait. :)
