At Ghar by SR, we strictly adhere to our policy of not accepting returns or providing refunds for changes of mind. However, if you happen to receive a damaged product, please send us an email at "gharbysr@gmail.com" along with pictures of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.
Upon receiving your email, we will promptly respond with confirmation and provide further instructions to arrange for a replacement to be dispatched. We will work closely with you to ensure that we address the issue to the best of our abilities.
Please keep in mind that any complaints received after 24 hours will not be addressed.
It is important to note that all products from Ghar by SR are accompanied by a signature, and we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.
shipping policy.
At the moment, shipping is exclusively offered within Canada, and the cost for shipping is $20. If you are located in Scarborough, Toronto, Canada, you have the option of receiving delivery for an additional $10, which will be automatically added to your cart.
re-stocking policy.
As we use traditional pottery techniques to create each product, restocking may require a minimum of three weeks to a month.
